Frederic L. Hoblit
Frederic L. Hoblit age 81 of Greenville, Ohio, passed away at 6:36 P.M.
on Friday, February 11, 2011 at Wayne Healthcare in Greenville.
Frederic was born March 25, 1929 in Greenville, Ohio, to the late Glen
Roy & Gertrude (Townsend) Hoblit Sr.
Frederic was a retired painter. He served in the
U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
In addition to his parents, Frederic is also
preceded in death by his brothers, William “Bill” Hoblit, Glen Roy
Hoblit Jr., Donald Hoblit Sr., and James Otto Hoblit; and sister, Patty
Hoblit.
Frederic is survived by a daughter & son-in-law,
Virginia “Ginny” & Harold Eckman of Greenville; brother, John
Hoblit of Michigan; sisters, Mary Ann Prager of Greenville, Florence
Magoto of Greenville and Nancy Auer of Columbus; and numerous nieces
and nephews.
It was Frederic’s request, that there will be no
visitation or funeral service. Memorial contributions may be made to
Darke County Cancer Association. Arrangements are under the direction
of Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville. Condolences for the family
