Daniel W. Layne
Daniel W. Layne was raptured to his eternal home on September 21, 2011
following a short illness. Daniel was born on March 30, 1944 to Henry
P. Layne and Catherine Layne of Kentucky. He is preceded in death by
both of his parents and is survived by his sister, Betsy Young and
husband, Robert, and his brother Henry Layne, all of California, as
well as many cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 1,
2011 at the meeting house of the Church of God 5065 State Route 49
South, Greenville, Ohio, with Brother Ray Tinsman officiating. Burial
will follow in the Church of God Cemetery. The family will receive
friends on Friday, September 30, 2011 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the
church. Arrangements are under the direction of Zechar Bailey Funeral
