Thomas Darin Powell
Thomas Darin Powell, age 46, of Milton, Kentucky and formerly of
Arcanum, Ohio, passed away at 10:46 P.M. on Monday, March 12, 2012 at
the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Thomas
was born February 13, 1966 in Middletown, Ohio, to Aileen Mary
(Hensley) Powell of Greenville and the late Homer Waldo Powell.
In addition to his mother, Thomas is survived by siblings, Carol &
Richard Henry of Sweetwater, Tennessee, Michael & Judi Powell of
Greenville, Melody Swartz of Greenville and Rhonda Powell of
Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, Thomas is also preceded in death by a
sister, Carla Wright.
Thomas was a graduate of Arcanum High School with the class of 1984. He
was an electrician with Art’s Electric in Carrollton, Kentucky.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, March 16, 2012
at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville with Rev. Doug Baker
officiating. Burial will follow in Abbottsville Cemetery in Darke
County. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00
