Margaret (Wetzel) Bixler, 67 of Somerville, Ohio and formerly of
Greenville, Ohio passed away on Friday November 16, 2012 at 7:10 AM at
Woodland Country Manor, Somerville, Ohio. She was born June 2,
1945 in Darke County, Ohio the daughter of the late Darrel &
Bernice (Rosa) Wetzel. She was a school teacher at Mississinawa
Valley Schools, Franklin Monroe Schools, & Greenville Schools &
she was a school psychologist for the Darke County Educational Service
Center. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband: Lee A Bixler on
November 4, 2000; Brother: Wayne Wetzel.
She is survived by her children & spouses: Aaron & Cindi
Bixler of Oxford, Ohio, Anne Marie (Bixler) & Matt Tonsing of
Longmeadow, MA; Grandchildren: Jenna & Max Bixler, Mallory
& Tess Tonsing; Brother: Dennis Wetzel of Greenville;
Sisters: Roberta Feltman of Greenville, Betty Lou Johanson of
West Milton, Carolyn Sims of Oakwood, Ohio.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday November 21, 2012 at 11:00
AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Logan
Dysert officiating. Family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to
11:00 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions
may be made to the American Cancer Association.
