Mary M. Frazier

Mary M. Frazier, age 97, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 6:45 PM at the Brethren Retirement Community, Greenville, Ohio.  She was born on July 24, 1916 in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Welcome Melvin Seman and Myrtle (Marker) Brown Cruze.
           
Mary was a homemaker, a lifetime member of the Women of the Moose and VFW Ladies Auxiliary, as well as the Eagles Lodge all in Greenville.  She enjoyed cooking for her family, dancing, taking long walks, harness racing and quilting.
           
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her step father David Cruze; son, Jimmie Cohee; daughter Mary L. Grenier; brothers, William Carl Seman, Lloyd Seman and Russell Paul Seman as an infant; a sister, Pauline York and sister in law, Lucy Seman.
           
Mary is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Shirley A. Hughes of Greenville, Helen Kay & Jerry Wright of Greenville and Wayne Grenier of Albuquerque, New Mexico; daughter in law, Madonna Cohee of Russia, Ohio; grandchildren, Darsi Brinley, David Hughes, Elizabeth Howe, Penny Watson, Deborah Nisonger, Jerry Wright, Clint Wright, Gina Griesdorn, Jimmy Cohee, Jody Seger and Christina Nehring; 18 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sister in law, Mary Seman of Versailles; nephews and their spouses, Dennis & Kathy Seman and Dwight & Elizabeth Seman; niece and her spouse, Rogenia & Pat Vandivier.
           
There will be a service held on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio, with Pastor Sam Shilot officiating.  Burial will follow in the Abbottsville Cemetery, Darke County, Ohio.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. 
           
It is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions be given to State of the Heart Hospice or Brethren Retirement Community Resident Aid Fund.
