Juanita Mae (Henninger) Rice, age 95, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away
on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 2:30 AM at Rest Haven Nursing Home,
Greenville, Ohio. She was born on May 12, 1918 in Darke County,
Ohio, to the late Roy & Lenna (Judy) Henninger.
Juanita’s children, Pat (Ron) Treadway of Greenville, Sue (Jo) Fourman
of Arizona, Gary Rice (Deceased), Nancy (Fred) Smith of Greenville,
Carol Partridge (Deceased), Sally Stanley of Elwood, Indiana, and Randy
Rice of Arcanum, Ohio; grandchildren, Mike (Susan) Treadway, Steve
(Darla) Treadway, Pam Summers, Schuy Fourman, Chris Fourman, David
Fourman, Brenda (Chuck) Borgerding, Kathy (Chris) Arden, Ricky DaPore
(Deceased), Chellie Young, Angie Young, Bonita (Brett) Sackett, Garrett
Stewart, Debbie (Ken) Chalfant, Terry (Ruth) Stanley, Jim (Linda)
Stanley, Scott (Cheryl) Stanley, Twila (Wes) Simpson, Cora Rice and
Gary Rice; step granddaughters, Kelly (Kent) Warner and Kathy (Dennis)
Etter; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; as
well as 1 niece and nephew.
She is also preceded in death by her parents and brothers Gerald &
Maurice Henninger.
Juanita worked at Rest Haven for 25 years. She enjoyed making and
selling doilies.
There will be a service held on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM at
Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio, with Rev. Keith Gebhart
officiating. Burial will follow in the Ithaca Cemetery, Ithaca,
Ohio. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service
at the funeral home.
