Jesse Raymond Denlinger

Jesse Raymond Denlinger of Eldorado, Ohio, the youngest son of Emanuel & Catherine (Royer) Denlinger was born May 25, 1933 on the family farm near Trotwood, Ohio.  He departed this life on August 23, 2015 at home.
 
He is survived by three children, Gordon L. (Cheryl) of Eldorado, Kevin R. (Marjorie) of Hollansburg, and Carla J. of Greenville; eight grandchildren; twenty nine great Grandchildren; one brother, John of Clayton, Ohio; one sister, Eva Rogers of Troy, Ohio; one brother-in-law, Walter Bayer of Troy, Ohio and sister-in-law, Bonnie (Jerald) Swearingen of New Carlisle, Ohio.
 
He is preceded in death by his wife, Carol Jean (Yoder-Hyre) Denlinger; parents; one brother, Byron (Alma) Denlinger; two sisters, Bertha  (Glen) Deaton, and Ida Mae Bayer; one brother-in-law, Kenneth Rogers and two sister-in-laws, Mildred "Millie" Bayer and Mildred Denlinger.
 
A very special thank you to Daddy's caregivers; Pam, Anne Marie and others that helped with his challenges and daily living. The family extends a big thank you to all the wonderful team of Crossroads Hospice of Dayton, you all have been a special blessing to our family in this journey.
 
The family will receive friends, Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 3 - 5 PM and 6-8 PM at Prices Creek Old German Baptist Church on St. Rt. 726 in Eldorado, Ohio (1 1/2 mile north of St Rt 40).  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 10 AM at the church.  Burial will be immediately following in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice of Dayton or Prices Creek Old German Baptist Brethren Church.
