Jase Ray Meadows Kimmel, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Riley
Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Jase was born on June 15, 2015 at Richmond, Indiana. He is the
infant son of Christian Ray Kimmel and Shawna Marie Meadows.
Jase is survived by his maternal grandparents, Drew and Roxann Meadows
of Ansonia; Paternal grandparents Steve and Carla Kimmel of Greenville;
aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held at 1PM, Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the
Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville, OH.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11 AM
till the time of service. Private burial will be held at Ansonia
Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help with medical
expenses.
