Elsie Marie “Mouse” Ashby, 93 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on
Saturday July 2, 2016 at Rest Haven Nursing Home, Greenville,
Ohio. She was born April 20, 1923 in Newport, Kentucky the
daughter of the late Sherman & Bertha (Dispanette) Creager.
She was a homemaker and a member of Palestine United Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Jewel Ashby
in 1998; son: Tim Ashby; in laws: Howard & Margaret
Ashby.
She is survived by her children & spouses: Mike & Sandra
Ashby of Greenville, Rita McManis of Greenville, & Lisa & Don
Meyers of Eaton; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
Private services will be held at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home,
Greenville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Palestine Cemetery.

Alzheimer’s Association.
