Harry L. Ward
Harry L. Ward, 100, of Greenville, OH, passed away, Monday, March 14,
2016 at his residence. He was born on January 20, 1916 in Darke County,
Ohio, a son of the late William and Nina (Kesler) Ward.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife,
Lessel Joyce (Tuthill) Ward; son-in-law, Terry Dale; 2 brothers and 3
sisters.
Harry was a toolmaker at Knowls in Richmond with 30 years plus.
He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and was a very hard worker.
He is survived by his daughters, Nina (Steve) French of Greenville and
Marty Dale of Sidney, OH; grandchildren, Jamey and Cheyenna French of
Las Vegas, Nevada and Ashley Dale of Charlotte, NC; great grandchild,
Cameran Dale also of Charlotte, NC.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the
family with Rev. Eric Fee officiating. Burial will follow in the
Greenmound Cemetery, New Madison, Ohio. Family request memorial
contributions be given to the Brethren Retirement Community Residence
Aid Fund.
