Margaret Ellen (Livingston) Jones, 91 of Columbus, Ohio and formerly of
Union City passed away on Thursday September 21, 2017 at1:52 PM at
Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born
January 30, 1926 in Union City, Indiana the daughter of the late
Phillip & Fern (Lacey) Livingston. She was a Teachers Aid at
Missinawa Valley Schools for 25+ years retiring in 1986.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: John Edward
Jones Sr.; her sons: John Jones Jr., Philip Jones; her
brother: Bob Livingston; her sister and brother in law:
Betty & Lloyd Grimes.
She is survived by her son & daughter in law: Thomas &
Kim Jones of Pickerington, Ohio; grandchildren: Kathryn (Tamir)
Thomas, Alyssa Jones, Kyle Jones; great grandchildren: Jaden,
Payton, & Allie Thomas, Avery Jones.
Services will be held on Sunday September 24, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Zechar
Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Sonny Petty
officiating. Burial will be in Greenville Cemetery. Family
will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Sunday at the
funeral home.
