Harold "Park" Sabroff

Harold “Park” Sabroff age 71, of Greenville passed away at 6:03 PM on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, in the ER at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
   
Park was born April 6, 1947, in Sidney to the late Kenny & Lucy (Schmidt) Sabroff. In addition to his parents, Park was also preceded in death by a half-brother, Dale Sabroff; and a step sister, Vickie Harter.
   
Park is survived by his wife, Dee (Eley) Sabroff whom he married June 29, 2001; children, Kim Sabroff of Sidney, Kevin & Carrie Sabroff of Greenville, Donneta & Jason Shardo of Versailles and Chad Smith of Fairfield; grandchildren, Derek Simmons, Dustin Simmons, Tyler Nolte, Dakota Sabroff, Noah Sabroff, Savanna Sabroff, Ethan Sabroff, Ava Shardo, Salimah Shardo, Emerson Shardo, Nolan Shardo and Gabe Shardo; great-grandchildren, Khloe Simmons and Derek Simmons; brother & sister-in-law, Coy & Rose Buirley of Greenville; half-brother, Kenny Sabroff of Wisconsin; half-sister, Donna Andruss of Wisconsin; step brother, Allen & Peggy Thwaits of Celina; step sister, Pam Wasson of Bellefontaine; in-laws, Blaine & Debbie Jones of Greenville and Ronnie & Doneta Jamison of Virginia; special pals, Sam & Sassy; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
   
Park served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Whirlpool in Greenville with 38 years of service. Park was a member of the Greenville V.F.W.
   
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 3, 2018, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with full military honors conducted by the Greenville Veteran’s Honor Guard at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
