The women of the Ohio Federation of Republican Women are very pleased with the selection announced today – and it will be the OFRW’s pleasure to welcome the Republican National Convention to Cleveland. All political roads lead to Ohio. OFRW members stand strong and ready to help Cleveland host a successful convention.

The Republican Party’s well-established record of promoting sensible solutions to issues that women hold near and dear to their hearts - in their everyday lives - has always and will continue to attract this broad spectrum of Ohio women to the OFRW and the Republican Party. The Cleveland convention will be an important political event that will engage the diverse cross-section of OFRW women: young, old, rural, urban, white, of color, homemakers and professionals, to name a few. At the same time, we will help set the stage for meaningfully engaging women with the Republican Party and its candidates across the country.

The OFRW is excited to help the Republican National Convention select the next President of the United States as it is our mission to bring Republican women to the political process and help Republican candidates get elected to office.
