Giuliani Had It
Right, ….for about a Minute

For a brief moment last week, the seas parted, political correctness
took a cigarette break, the heavens opened up, and someone actually had
the courage to speak the truth, …about a serious, national
matter.
But then reality, and political consequence jumped back in, and he
softened, and nearly recanted, his attempt at stating that
“self-evident” truth.
At a fundraising event for fellow Republican Scott Walker, the current
Governor of Wisconsin and future Presidential hopeful, former New York
City mayor Rudy Giuliani stated to all present, simply and clearly, his
belief that Barack Obama does not love America.
A serious statement, and charge, especially when levied at any
President.
But one not without foundation, and mountains of evidence, for anyone
paying attention, and willing to examine, truthfully, Obama’s clear
resume compiled over the past six years.
Of course the Liberal establishment, including ALL the major media
talking heads, went completely bonkers over the idea that anyone could
challenge the patriotism, and love of country, of a leader so beloved
as the one they genuflect to, so quickly and reverently, …at his every
word and movement.
They couldn’t grasp this concept (even though it’s employed by them
daily, when describing anything GOP, or any topic more conservative
than, …say, …Nancy Pelosi), and they went off-the-charts apoplectic,
upon hearing this horrific utterance and sacrilege.
Giuliani, simply and clearly, just must be the worst kind of
Racist.
Even FoxNews questioned his characterizations, …but one had to believe
their reactions were more out of self-defense, while cringing at what
they knew would be coming their way soon.
So, the good Mayor (one of NYC’s most effective leaders ever, though
not the most popular, to say the least, in that Liberal bastion)
decided to back off a little, and “ ‘splain” his comments a bit, the
next day.
On FoxNews (of course, …and in an intelligent display of
self-preservation), Rudy told us that he didn’t actually question
Obama’s love for America, …just that he was disappointed that the Prez
spends so much time criticizing his country, and not talking much about
loving the country in which he (supposedly) grew up
in.
Really Rudy???
C’mon, man, …we were proud of you brother. For
standing up, and telling the world what most of us simply have to
believe, and know, based on what all the major media, …and our own
“lyin’ ” eyes, …tell us every single day.
He went on to say, covering his butt carefully (and disappointingly),
that maybe it was because of the way BHO was brought up, which was
different than most of us, that he was not instilled an appreciation
for our country, and its potential for everyone, and for what it really
stands for.
Duh…uh !!! No kidding??!!
That’s the point exactly, …Mr. Mayor !!
He doesn’t appreciate this wonderful, marvelous country,
…PRECISELY because of the way he was raised and brought up, and
because of the people he has chosen to surround himself with, and
listen to, for his entire life, …up to and including today
!
He doesn’t Love America, …because he doesn’t appreciate
America.
He has his own, selfish, self-aggrandizing agenda, …so he doesn’t
care.
About our history, about our purpose, nor about our pride in all the
sacrifices which have been made, solely because of that prideful
purpose, …and to keep it, and this nation, moving forward.
He is a racist, and a self-centered, warped and twisted
socialist.
So there’s no room in his hollow “heart”, nor in his one-focus mind,
for love of any kind, much less for something so personally
non-profitable, …as a foolish love of a stupid country, which he
considers to be so far beneath him.
He doesn’t believe in the Constitution, nor the Bill of Rights, …and
laughs at the basic Constitutional idea of a governmental Separation of
Powers.
He doesn’t believe in ANY of that, and circumvents ALL of that,
whenever he can or wants to, in any way possible, …legal, or illegal,
…because he doesn’t care.
He doesn’t understand that good things, a lot of them, …can sometimes,
even often, come from bad things.
Even really terrible, ridiculously prejudiced and biased, bad
things.
He won’t ever let that bad go, …and move forward with the
good. And that’s just what this country was founded upon,
…and why it is so great.
No, …he has to apologize for anything and everything in our past, …like
he’s the almighty Savior, finally sent to right all the wrongs, and
make everything even and equal, after 250 years of imperialistic, white
supremacist, abuse and intolerance.
Thank you, oh omnipotent one, you’ve done your job.
Now you can leave, …and as quickly as possible.
Were there bad, intolerant, abusive things that have happened
throughout our otherwise glorious American history ??
Certainly there were.
Jefferson, the greatest American thinker of all, …Washington, our
greatest American general, …Madison, a great patriot and President by
any measure, …and so many others of our Founding Fathers, …all either
owned slaves, or condoned and profited from them, and that shameful
practice.
Jefferson even fathered several children by one of his, and yet, …never
freed any of them.
But does that mean they didn’t do great good, for the vast majority,
and set up a system of government that would give everyone an
opportunity in the future, and would have the potential to rectify all
the wrongs which they, and future others, did or would
commit?
Of course not. They did just that.
We are still here, going strong (or mostly), and our American
“experiment”, unprecedented in world history, continues to be envied
and copied, all around this world, …even in “bad”
places.
And a black man was able to be elected as our President (twice,
amazingly), …because of what those flawed, shameful, “bad”, white
men did, 250 years ago.
Obama recognizes none of that, and plows ahead with his own fumbling,
ill-conceived agenda, based on “patriots” of his own choosing,
throughout his life.
Men like Jeremiah Wright, whom he listened to in church for over 20
years. Who said many times, from the pulpit:
“God Damn America”.
Doesn’t quite have the same ring to it, as: “Liberty and
Justice for All”, does it? Nor of so many other
similar principles of the Founders.
He listened to men like Bill Ayers, a socialist terrorist, who would
stop at almost nothing to bring down the nation and government which
guaranteed him the right to espouse such ideas.
And men like Saul Alinsky, whom Obama believes may just be God, …and
who wrote the “bible” for anti-American Socialism.
If those are your heroes, then you have no chance of understanding the
great good which America offers to all its citizens (and so many
others), through an ever-changing, even if flawed, system of laws, and
checks and balances.
Bubba Clinton, of all people, and a Democrat predecessor to the current
office holder, said it best in his first Presidential inaugural
address, in 1993:
“Nothing that is wrong with America, …cannot be cured by what is Right
about America.”
Obama doesn’t believe that, because he sees America as “half empty”
first, and uses his office to expound his self-righteous, “half empty”
agenda of failed socialistic, anti-American nonsense.
For anyone who’s been asleep for the past six years, or just needs a
wake-up call, …Barack Obama does NOT love America (well,
…except for Martha’s Vineyard, …and Hawaii, …and any golf course he
happens to be playing, …oh, and Air Force One, he loves that too), and
he is nothing close to being a “patriot”.
No, he loves himself, …first, last, and always.
So don’t back off, Rudy ! You had it right, …for
about a minute.
