Letters to Santa
Mrs. Buschur’s
class asks tough questions
This is a fascinating list of Letters to Santa. They came from Mrs.
Buschur’s first grade class at Woodland Heights. The students asked
more questions about Santa, his reindeer and his life than I think they
did asking for toys and gifts. It’s obvious that they love him… one
picture is especially for Santa: they were waving “hi” to him!
More interesting is that the children would love to hear back from him.
This presents a challenge to Santa as he is less than two weeks away
from having to finish all of his toy-making, wrap them, load them into
his sleigh and head out on his annual trip around the world.
Santa is magic. How else do you explain this seemingly impossible thing
he does every year? All I can say is that he’d better lay “his finger
aside of his nose” (or whatever he does) a few more times to fit
answering these new questions into his schedule.
Will he answer them? Of that I have no doubt. He’s Santa Claus and
these, along with millions of others around the world, are his special
children.
