Park Concerts
& Band Shell

We attended the jazz band concert and in spite of threatening
weather and there was quite a crowd. We have
attended all the concerts this year and each and everyone has
been well attended. Greenville is planning a new band shell
in the park and I do hope that a lot of people get behind this
project as it will enhance the experience of attending these
concerts. I am sure the sound will be improved and
having facilities right there for all in attendance might
enable some who otherwise might not be able to
attend. The seniors in Greenville
certainly enjoy their music and this really makes it worthwhile for
those who perform to continue with the work and sacrifice
involved. I do hope that this community
gets behind the fund raising to promote the new band shell and
the performers. We are very lucky to have this entity
here and the beautiful park to enjoy.
