Mind, Body, Soul
Time Out For You!
By Mona Lease

Greetings, Gals!! Thanks for your comments to me about how you enjoy my columns - how they are put together and you wish to see them continue. When I first started writing - I wanted my columns to be worth your time to read. I wanted you to find something you can use... or something you could use to help someone else.  If nothing else...you could find a chuckle and know we are all working for the "legal tender" and experiencing the same things - pain, loss, anxiety, and joy. Your comments tell me the column is doing it's job. That being said and since this column is directed at the gals (guys, I don't care if you read it...don't get embarrassed or be put out...we're just trying to get this "woman thing" on a roll):
