A-Lady Tigers without a coach

ANSONIA- When Ansonia coach Von Ebeling took the head coaching job at
Ansonia for the Lady Tigers, it was on short notice.
Short notice is how it ended up. Four games into the season, Ebeling
has resigned after an 0-4 start.
Starting the season with just 12 players and no assistant coach,
Ebeling walked away after losing one of his players to injury. Ebeling
was unavailable for comment and volleyball coaches Jason Hemmelgarn and
Craig Riethman will take the program over.
Now with just 11 players, there will be no junior varsity the rest of
the season and Thursday night’s game at Tri-Village has been
rescheduled for January 4 with an 11 a.m. start.Parkway has also been
postponed and a make-up date has yet to be set.
