The Road to
Columbus, Part 1
The
road to Columbus started with huge wins over Jefferson, Bethel and
Bradford in the sectionals at Brookville. The second step came with
another lopsided victory over Miami Valley at the district level.
The first real challenge came in the Regional semi-finals with an
overtime victory against a very tough New Knoxville squad. That set up
the showdown with the Patriots biggest thorn, Ft. Loramie
Being elimnated by the Redskins two years in a row, the Pats would not
be denied, winning in what would prove to be another lopsided contest.
Tri-Village was headed to Columbus.
