The Franklin Monroe Jets will look to make a strong run in the OSHAA soccer tournament, starting
with Tri-Village, while the Wave will look to pull off the upset at Kenton Ridge. Both teams will play on
Tuesday, October 16. The Jets will host Tri-Village while the Wave will travel to Kenton Ridge.
The 0-18 Patriots would love nothing more that to get its first win of the season.

Jets/Wave ready for tournament action

Greenville will take its 2-11 record on the road to play the 10-3 Cougars of Kenton Ridge in the opening round of the D-II boys soccer sectional. Kenton Ridge was a two seed at the draw while the Wave received an 11 seed.

That game will be played on Tuesday, October 16.

In the D-III sectional, Franklin Monroe, 11-0-1 will host the 0-8-2 Tri-Village Patriots on Tuesday, October 16. The Jets were seeded second at the time of the draw with Springfield Catholic Central being the top seed.
