One of Four Crown Nationals Cancelled
Leg Two still not affected
ROSSBURG,
OH (Sept. 21) – With rain in the
immediate area and the forecast for more storms approaching from the
West, the
first night of the 31st annual Four Crown Nationals has been canceled
and will
not be rescheduled. Conversations
with
meteorologists and weather stations in the area confirmed that
approaching
storms would invade the Darke County area shortly after the advertised
race
time of 8 p.m.; preventing the possibility of a complete race program.
Leg
number two, featuring the USAC (United
States Auto Club) Midget, Sprint and Silver Crown divisions, remains on
tap for
Saturday (Sept. 22) evening.
Speedway
officials have alerted all campers on
the grounds to bring in awnings and squelch their campfires in
anticipation of
the approaching severe weather.

Rainout
The
Friday World of Outlaws portion of the Four
Crown Nationals has been rained out and will not be rescheduled.

All
guests who purchased a ticket and has it in
hand may use the full value towards any remaining event in 2012
including the
Saturday USAC portion of the Four Crown Nationals, the UMP DIRTcar
Nationals on
October 5 & 6 and the UNOH Sprintacular on Saturday, October 13.
Guests
that have tickets currently held in Will
Call will have their accounts credited.
For
any guest that has a family hardship,
work-related commitment or is from out of the area, please return your
FULL
TICKET with a note and a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to:

refund of your ticket will be issued to you
via the same method in which it was purchased within 30 days. Examples: 1) a ticket
purchased with a credit
card will have a credit issued to that card; or 2) a ticket purchased
with cash
will be refunded by check.
