GREENVILLE- After winning the GWOC a year ago, the Greenville Lady Wave tennis team was forced to share the conference title this year.

Troy got Butler and Greenville topped Sidney 5-0 Tuesday to claim a three way share of the title.

Junior Sophia Navas-Davis out-lasted Marina Oba 6-3, 6-1 while junior Michelle Borgerding beat Kumi Kajii in second singles 6-0, 6-0 and freshman Raquel Navas-Davis won 6-3, 6-2 in third singles.

The first doubles team of Alexis Medley and Madison Bixler beat Marilyn Kies and Ardy Li 6-2, 6-0 with the second doubles team of Kirby Lantz and Holly Cameron beating Deidra Drees and Melinda McBride 6-1, 6-1.

With the win, Greenville improved to 16-3 overall and 4-1 in the GWOC North.
