Tri-Village senior Kyle Pipenger was recently named the Cross County Conference Player of the Year.
Patriots head coach Josh Sagester (Not pictured) was name Coach of the Year in the CCC.
 
Pipenger named top player in CCC
Sagester named top coach

NEW MADISON- Tri-Village made it a clean sweep in the Cross County Conference this season, compiling a 22-0 (12-0) seasonal/conference record.

The undefeated season brought the Patriots team two more accolades as senior Kyle Pipenger was named the Player of the Year in the CCC and the head coach of the Patriots was named Coach of the Year in the conference.

Pipenger led the Patriots with a scoring average of 21.2 points a game with nearly 5 rebounds and just over four assists a game.

Sagester was named the CCC boys basketball coach of the year. He led the Patriots to a perfect 22-0 regular season record.

In addition to the Patriots, Arcanum’s Grady Garno, FM junior Travis Feitshans, Dane Blumenstock of Mississinawa Valley and Shade Brubaker, also of Tri-Village we named to the CCC first team.

Ansonia’s Derek Kaiser, Arcanum’s Mason Garber, Franklin Monroe’s Devin Fourman and Trey Mong as well as Tri-Village’s Matt Werner were named second team all-CCC.

Ansonia’s Logan Moody, Arcanum’s Kory Baker, Bradford’s Josh Hoelscher, Franklin Monroe’s Marcus Horner, Mississinawa Valley’s Brandon Byers and Tri-Village’s Andrew Wilcox were named to the CCC’s special mention team.

The final CCC standings are as follows:
