Wave split in
double dual action
EATON- The Greenville wrestling team split a double dual meet at Eaton
Wednesday.
In the Wave opener, Greenville scored a 47-27 victory over West
Carrollton but lost a 58-11 decision to the host Eagles.
In the victory over the Pirates, Greenville recorded one pin, that by
freshman William Niebert at 152. Senior Nelson Roberts at 138 scored a
17-2 tech. fall in his 138 pound match.
Roberts also scored another tech. fall in the Eaton match, scoring a
19-4 victory. Nick Woodruff also scored a pin against Eaton at 220
pounds.
Greenville will host the first round of the state duals Wednesday.
