Plenty of Tickets Remain for 2013 OHSAA
State Basketball Tournaments

Single-Session Tickets and Four-Game ‘Specials’ Begin Today
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ticket sales continue for the 2013 OHSAA Boys State
Basketball Tournaments, and plenty of purchasing options are available
for individuals and groups. The OHSAA Girls State Basketball Tournament
is next Thursday through Saturday (March 14-16) and the OHSAA Boys
State Basketball Tournament is the following week (March 21-23), and
both will be held in the Jerome Schottenstein Center at The Ohio State
University in Columbus.
The cost for all-session (12 games/eight sessions) tickets for the
Girls State Tournament is $64 each, while single-game tickets are $10
apiece. Both all-session and single-game sales are ongoing and can be
purchased through Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.com (and typing in
‘ohsaa girls basketball’ in the Search box) or by calling
1-800-745-3000. Ticketmaster orders will also include applicable
service charges. To avoid service charges, tickets can be purchased in
person in Columbus at the OSU Athletic Ticket Office, located in the
southeast corner of the Schottenstein Center with office hours Monday
through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets for the semifinals
of the girls state tournaments are good for admission to both games in
the same division.
The cost for all-session (12 games) tickets for the Boys State
Tournament is $144 per person for the Entry and Club Levels of the
arena or $120 each for the Terrace Level. All-session ticket sales are
ongoing and can also be purchased through Ticketmaster at
ticketmaster.com (and typing in ‘ohsaa boys basketball’ in the Search
box), by calling 1-800-745-3000 or in person at the OSU Athletic Ticket
Office.
Single-game tickets and two special ticket packages for the boys
tournament will be available beginning this coming Monday, March 11, at
10:00 a.m. Single-game tickets are priced at $15 each for the Entry and
Club Levels and $12 for the Terrace Level. The special ticket package
options available will be a Boys State Tournament "Four-Pack" and a
"Championship Saturday Pack." The "Four-Pack" allows fans to purchase
four Terrace Level tickets to any of the 12 semifinal or championship
games of the tournament for just $30 apiece, while the "Championship
Saturday Pack" allows fans to purchase a Terrace Level ticket to all
four of the championship games on Saturday, March 23, for just $30
apiece.
OHSAA State Basketball Tournament Tickets -2-2-2
Boys single-game tickets, "Four-Packs" or "Championship Saturday Packs"
can be purchased (beginning March 11) by following the same procedures
as previously listed through Ticketmaster or in person at the OSU
Athletic Ticket Office.
The 38th Annual OHSAA Girls State Basketball Tournament schedule is as
follows:
Thursday, March 14: 1:00-Division III semifinal; 3:00-Division III
semifinal; 6:00-Division II semifinal; 8:00-Division II semifinal;
Friday, March 15: 1:00-Division IV semifinal; 3:00-Division IV
semifinal; 6:00-Division I semifinal; 8:00 Division I semifinal; and
Saturday, March 16: 10:45-Division III final; 2:00-Division II final;
5:15-Division IV final; 8:30-Division I final.
The 91st Annual OHSAA Boys State Basketball Tournament schedule is as
follows:
Thursday, March 21: 10:45-Division III semifinal; 2:00-Division III
semifinal; 5:15-Division II semifinal; 8:30-Division II semifinal;
Friday, March 22: 10:45-Division IV semifinal; 2:00-Division IV
semifinal; 5:15-Division I semifinal; 8:30-Division I semifinal; and
Saturday, March 23: 10:30-Division III final; 1:30-Division II final;
4:30-Division IV final; 8:30-Division I final.
