2014 OHSAA State Basketball
and Wrestling Tournaments Ticket Sales Begin January 17
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ticket
sales begin January 17 for 2014 Ohio High School Athletic Association
State Tournaments in wrestling (team and individual), girls
basketball and boys basketball which will be held in February and
March on the campus of The Ohio State University in Columbus . The
public sale begins at 10:00 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster or in
person at Ohio State ’s Jerome Schottenstein Center , the site of
three of the four state tournaments.
The OHSAA Boys State
Basketball Tournament is Thursday through Saturday, March 20-22, at
the Schottenstein Center , and sales Friday will include all-session
tickets and special all-session Center Court Club tickets. The cost
for all-session (12 games) tickets is $144 per person for the Entry
and Club Levels of the arena or $120 each for the Terrace Level. The
limited quantity Center Court Club tickets, which cost $498 and are
located in the Entry Level, afford fans the opportunity to remain in
the arena between each game of the tournament and also gain access to
a special hospitality area. Single-session tickets sales for the 2014
tournament begin Thursday, March 6, at 10:00 a.m., and prices are $15
each for the Entry and Club Levels and $12 for the Terrace Level.
The OHSAA Girls State
Basketball Tournament is Thursday through Saturday, March 13-15, and
sales Friday will include all-session and single-game tickets. The
cost for all-session (12 games/eight sessions) tickets is $64 each,
and single-game tickets cost $10 apiece. Tickets for the semifinals
allow fans to watch both games in the same division.
Tickets for the second
annual OHSAA State Team Wrestling Tournament and the 77th Annual
OHSAA State Individual Wrestling Tournament also begin Friday. The
state team tournament will be held Saturday, February 8, at Ohio
State ’s St. John Arena, and sales Friday will include $15
all-session tickets or $10 single-session tickets. Session one
includes quarterfinals at 11:00 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. and semifinals at
3:30 p.m., while session two is the finals that begin at 8:00 p.m.
The state individual
wrestling tournament is February 27, 28 and March 1 at the
Schottenstein Center , and on sale Friday will be all-session
tickets. The cost for all-session tickets (five sessions) is $75 each
for the Entry and Club Levels and $55 each for the Terrace Level.
Single-session ticket sales for the 2014 individual tournament begin
on Monday, February 24, at 10:00 a.m., with tickets priced at $15
each.
State tournament tickets
can be purchased in person at Ticketmaster locations (including most
Kroger stores), by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 or by going
on-line at Ticketmaster.com. Once on-line, fans can easily access
OHSAA state tournament tickets by keying in ‘OHSAA’ in the search
box, or direct Ticketmaster.com links for the state tournaments are

office hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
