When I started writing sports in 1987, my then editor (Don McDermott) gave me a camera and a roll of film and told me to go get it done.

I had no clue what I was doing but gave it my best.

That was 27 years ago and now the best I have, I offer to you.

Since 2011, I have been with countynewsonline.org and over the course of time, my grandson, Dylan Knoop, and I have covered many sporting events in an attempt to give you the best athletic events Darke County has to offer.

On many of those nights, Dylan would work the camera while I was allowed to concentrate on the game itself.

Over the course of the past three seasons, we have accumulated many photos and now we are happy to share them with you.

CNO has built a great reputation of giving to our graduating seniors scholarship money that will help them in their future college endeavors.

As sports enthusiasts, Dylan and I give it everything we've got for you and now we are offering these photos to you. Feel free to download any photo you wish. If you find photos you want, a donation would be appreciated to help future scholarship efforts.
