Lady Bowlers Improve To 5-1

The Lady Tiger’s defeated Russia 2357-0 on January 10th at Plaza Lanes in Celina. The lady bowlers were bowling unopposed this match due to Russia having a school conflict. Leading the way for the Tigers were Hannah Niekamp (212 and 193), Megan Ward (203), and Brooke Condon (160).  “Bowling an unopposed match is tough for the girls because going into the match the girls know we already have a win,” said Coach Phlipot.

We have a busy week ahead of us this week. The week starts in Lima, OH on Monday at the Pioneer Classic Tournament.  Last week’s match versus New Breman is rescheduled for this Thursday at McBo’s Lanes at 5:30. On Saturday the Tigers travel to New Breman and bowl a double header with the first match against Van Wert and the second match versus Temple Christion.
