Shawn Thomas Bowles, age 34 of Greenville, Ohio where he was born and raised passed away at 11:26 AM Tuesday June 22, 2021 in Greenville. Shawn was born March 11, 1987 and the son of Thomas Bowles of Dayton, Ohio and Lisa (Brooks) Maxwell of Greenville.
He is also survived by his Maternal Grandmother Leah Bowles of Dayton; step father Richard (Jake) Maxwell of Greenville; significant other Heather Werner of Greenville; children Destiny Werner, Ella Bowles, Grant Bowles and Dallas Bowles all of Greenville; brothers Michael Bowles of Greenville, Christopher Bowles of Greenville, Thomas Bowles Jr. of Alabama and Shawn Back of Dayton; sisters Mara Maxwell of Greenville and Kelly Back of Alabama as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Shawn was preceded in death by his Paternal grandfather Evert Bowles; maternal grandparents Joe and Bernadette Lakins and Riley and Katherine Brooks; one niece and several aunts and uncles.
He was recently employed at Fram Corporation of Greenville. Shawn enjoyed Grateful Dead festivals, listing to the 60’s music, fishing and drinking Twisted Tea.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday June 28, 2021 in the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Palestine Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00 PM until time of the services in the funeral home.
