Students of the Month
GHS Principal Jeff Cassell presented Student of the Month Awards to
Megan Laux and AJ Frens. Megan is in concert choir, pep band, wind
ensemble, and marching band as well SADD, Science, and Spanish Clubs
and NHS. She is in the Bible Fellowship Youth Group, Revive Ohio, the
Municipal Band, and works at Eikenberry's and in the nursery at church.
She plans to attend Cedarville U. in music ed and become a band
director in order to pass on her passion for music. AJ is in Science
Club, NHS, NTHS, soccer captain, Varsity G, and first violin in the
Philharmonic Orchestra. He is a 3X state qualifier in pole vault. He
belongs to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Project 52, Revive
Ohio, and helps with kids soccer. He plans to attend Central Michigan
U. and major in mechanical technical engineering and continue his
athletic career. Congratulations!
