Canning Meat and Soup

OSU Extension, Darke County is having a program on Canning Meat and Soup on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 6:30pm -7:30pm.

On busy days, when you don’t have the energy or time to do anything but open jars for dinner, wouldn’t it be wonderful if those jars were filled with a home-cooked soup or stew? Grab one of your family’s favorites, and make an easy meal. When canning meat and soup, there are important guidelines to follow.  It is recommended to use a USDA tested recipe.
