United Way supports Empowering’s After School Program
The Darke County United Way recently supported the Empowering Darke
County Youth’s After School Program with a Community Fund Grant to
supplement its volunteer base with experienced licensed tutors.
“Volunteers are the backbone of this program,” said Bob Robinson,
Volunteer Coordinator and Empowering Board Member. “We would never have
