Reward offered for arson information

The Greenville Fire Department, The Greenville Police Department, and The Darke County Sheriff’s Office are working together to investigate numerous fires that have been ruled arsons in and around the Greenville area. These fires have occurred in abandoned garages, abandoned houses, and vehicles.

The Ohio Blue Ribbon Arson Committee is sponsoring a reward up to $5,000.00 and The Darke County Crime Stoppers is also offering a reward of $2,000.00, for information leading to an arrest of individuals involved in multiple fires in the Greenville area.

Please report any suspicious activity to the Greenville Police Department (937) 548-1103, or Darke County Sheriff’s Office (937) 548-2020, or The Darke County Crime Stoppers (937) 547-1661. Anonymous tips can be made to the Crime Stoppers line.
