College Credit Plus… What does “College-Ready” mean?

Are you interested in College Credit Plus for your son or daughter, but aren’t sure if he or she is ready for college? Many parents who have students in grades 7 through 12 are excited for this option, and their sons and daughters are academically ready, but it’s important to consider all of the aspects of being “college ready.”

Here are just a few of the skills a “Really Ready” college student needs: Critical Thinking, Self-Directed, Social & Emotional Skills, Responsible Decision-Making, Self Management, Problem-Solving and more.
