In recognition of November as National Family Caregivers Month, the Area Agency on Agency is hosting a free Caregiver Retreat for family caregivers Noon-3pm Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Brukner Nature Center, 5995 Horseshoe Bend Road, Troy. The Good Stuff Foundation of Greenville will conduct sessions for relaxation and stress-reduction techniques involving deep breathing, self-massage, and the power of sound. Additional activities may include a craft and nature walk. Registration is required in order to provide enough space and seating. Lunch is sponsored by Oak Street Health.
