Fish Choice Pantry of Darke County would like to announce our annual Feed Darke County food drive! The drive kick-off was held on September 21 during the Illumination Festival and will run until the end of the year.
Fish offers a wide variety of foods to our neighbors in Darke County and a ‘variety’ is what we’re hoping for with this year’s food drive. Donations to Fish Choice Pantry can also be made by placing non-perishables in the receptacle provided outside the fence on Thirteenth St or dropping off at the rear door off Thirteenth St during our open hours. If you have a large or perishable donation, or would like to discuss or need help setting up your own food drive benefiting Fish, please contact our office at 937-316-8420 or office@fishofdarke.org. Fish is an ecumenical, 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving in Darke County for the past 56 years. We are located at 400 Markwith Ave (corner of Markwith and Thirteenth Sts), Greenville, OH. Our pantry is a ‘choice’ pantry where clients choose the foods they need for their families. Fish pantry is open to the public on Mondays from 1-2 PM, Wednesdays from 10-11 AM and Fridays from 4-5 PM each week. We also offer home deliveries Monday through Saturday to shut-ins by calling 937-548-2000. Proof of residency is the only requirement to receive food from Fish Choice Pantry and clients are eligible to receive food every 28 days.
