On Friday, at approximately 4:50 am, Patrol Officer Dane Wentworth conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for multiple equipment and registration violations. The adult occupants inside the vehicle were found to be Kevonta J. Mack (23) from Uniontown, Ohio and Myshon D. Lee (22) of Akron, Ohio. There was also a 13-year-old female juvenile inside the vehicle who is a resident of Greenville.

Investigation revealed that the adult males traveled to Greenville to meet the juvenile female. Myshon Lee was found to have a felony warrant for his arrest out of Summit County, Ohio. Kevonta Mack was charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a felony of the 3rd degree, Corrupting Another with Drugs, a felony of the 4th degree, and Driving Under Suspension, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Both Mack and Lee were transported to the Darke County Jail where they were incarcerated without bond.

We are grateful for the dedication of our police officers, who face complex and often dangerous situations each day. Their work is not only appreciated but also essential to maintaining the safety and well-being of our community.
