On April 18, 2025 at approximately 10:25 p.m. Darke County Deputies along with Gettysburg Fire & Rescue and CareFlight were dispatched to the 7800 block of New Harrison Bradford Road, Bradford, Ohio in reference to a single vehicle accident with injury.
Preliminary investigation revealed a 2003 Toyota Corolla being operated by Jesse Clark (28) of Bradford, Ohio was traveling west on New Harrison Bradford. Mr. Clark failed to negotiate a curve and traveled off the right side of the road. Mr. Clark struck a tree which then fell onto the car. Mr. Clark was extricated from the vehicle by mechanical means and transported to Miami Valley Hospital by CareFlight.
Alcohol is a suspected contributing factor. This accident remains under investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.
