On May 27th, 2025, at approximately 1:57pm, Braden Denny (18) was arrested after an investigation confirmed Braden had been attempting to engage in sexual conduct with a subject, he believed to be a 13-year-old female. Braden had arranged to pick up the juvenile to engage in sexual activities within the City of Greenville. This investigation was started due to multiple reports of Denny attempting or actively engaged in sexual conduct with juveniles.
A traffic stop was conducted on Denny in his vehicle at Tecumseh and E. Main Street as he was on his way to meet with the female juvenile. Denny was placed under arrest for Importuning, a felony of the 5th degree, and transported to the Darke County jail.
