The City of Greenville is pleased to welcome Carter Ward to the Greenville Police Department as a Patrol Officer.
Carter was sworn in on Friday (7/7) in the city council chambers by Mayor Steve Willman. Carter has been serving the City of Greenville as an Emergency Communications Operator (Dispatcher) since November of 2021. Carter will begin the Peace Officer Academy at Edison State Community College this week which he will have to complete before handling the duties as an Officer.
