On Thursday, April 18, 2024, the Darke County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the 6000 block of Requarth Road, in Greenville Township after an investigation into child pornography.
Matthew A. Shoffstall, Jr. (36) was taken into custody without incident and is currently charged with Pandering obscenity involving a minor.
This case is still being investigated by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.
