Designed to prepare law enforcement supervisors for the complex challenges of leadership, STEP pushes participants to grow not only professionally but personally. The curriculum emphasizes communication, decision-making, ethics, and team management — all essential traits for those in supervisory roles.

It demands nearly three weeks away from home, daily responsibilities, and families — a sacrifice that reflects a deep commitment to public service and professional excellence.
