Impact of immigration on Darke County to be discussed
GREENVILLE, OHIO – A public information program will be held at 6:30 on June 11 at the Radiant Lighthouse Church featuring Darke County Sheriff Mark Whittaker. The Radiant Lighthouse Church is located at 5256 Sebring Warner Road, Greenville.
“I am looking forward to the June 11program sponsored by the Darke County Republican Women’s Club where I will speak on the topic of illegal immigration and how the Sheriff’s Office is handling this issue in Darke County. It will give me an opportunity to provide information on what our experiences have been thus far and how we plan to handle illegal immigration as we move forward.” stated Sheriff Whittaker.
“Immigration is one of those topics for which we all have opinions. Our community is being given an opportunity to hear from Sheriff Whittaker regarding the impact immigration has on our local community. Come join the Darke County Republican Women’s Club to learn how the leadership of the heartland of America is handling immigration and its far-reaching impact on our communities.” said Delores Ely, DCRWC President.
