The Darke County Animal Shelter has 2 new dogs available for adoption.
They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645
Oreo came to us as an owner surrender due to no fault of her own, her owner just could not take care of her anymore. We are told Oreo is a 4-year-old Female Husky Mix. Oreo’s owner told us that Oreo is good with other dogs and was an outside dog most of her life! Oreo is a little shy and is going to need a family that is willing to work with her and give her the time and space to warm up. Oreo is learning to walks on a leash and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter!
