Walter H. Bromagem Jr., age 75, of Greenville, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
Walter was born October 14, 1949, in Greenville to the late Walter H. Bromagem Sr. & Wavalene M (Eley) Bromagem.
Walter is preceded in death by his parents, as well as his son, Jesse James Bromagem, and sisters, Shirley Ferrante and Sylvia Stryker.
Walter leaves behind a lasting legacy with his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Bromagem. The two were married on June 21, 1969, and have spent many wonderful years together. His children, Laurie (Rick) Lawson, Patty (Arron) Wolfrey, and Jesse (Megan) Bromagem. His grandchildren, Catlyn Lawson, Joey Lawson, Jeseka Wolfrey (Geoff Ryan), Andrew Cates, Rileigh Norton (Hunter Cantu), Brayden Bromagem, and Maecy Bromagem. As well as great-grandchildren, Brantley Jones, Adrian Saintignon, Greyson Cantu, and his siblings Linda (Jim) Knick, Judy (Ed) Baker, Nancy (Jr) Bryant, Gerald (Shelia) Bromagem.
Walter was a member of the American Legion in Greenville, Ohio. He also enjoyed the outdoors; he could often be found hunting, fishing, or hunting for mushrooms. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR! He loved his family and was happy to just spend some time with them.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville. There will be a visitation held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 12 – 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to help the family with any of Walter’s final expenses.
