The Darke County Animal Shelter has 3 new dogs available for adoption.
They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday 9am-11:30 am. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.
Our knowledge about Mama is very limited and we believe Mama is a 3 year old female Terrier Mix. From what we have observed Mama is a very sweet girl who craves attention and loves to play fetch. Mama has shown us she knows how to sit and laydown for belly rubs. Mama is a little timid at first but warms up quickly especially if she’s going to get a treat or you want to cuddle! Mama doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter! Mama weighs in at 42.2 lbs. and did great for her bath, nail trim and so loving during her examMolly came to us as an owner surrender due to no fault of her own, her owner could no longer have her. We are told Molly is a 3-year-old female Lab Mix. Molly’s owner told us that she is great with kids, cats, and dogs. Molly is crate trained and housebroken. Molly will sit at the door when she needs to go outside. Miss Molly loves to go for car rides especially to the dog park and she loves to snuggle up to you in bed. Molly loves all toys especially squeaky toys and plays fetch! Molly is a very sweet and all-around great dog who has shown us she knows how to sit, lay down, shake and loves for you to give her belly rubs and treats! Molly doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter and walks great on a leash! Molly did great for her bath, nail trim and exam where she weighs in at 76.4 lbs.Our knowledge about Puppy is very limited and we believe Puppy is a 9 month old female Terrier Mix. From what we have observed Puppy is a very happy go lucky loves everyone kind pup! Puppy loves attention and knows how to sit, loves treats! Puppy loves to play ball even by herself! Puppy walks well on a leash and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter! Puppy weighs in at 39 lbs. and did great for her bath, nail trim and just wanted to give you kisses during her exam
