5 new dogs are waiting at the Darke County Animal Shelter to be adopted, each one of them the perfect pet for someone out there.
All of them got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines, are dewormed and are heartworm negative and microchipped.
The Shelter’s adoption fees are $90 cash/check. Their visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday 9am-11:30 am. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.
Flow came to us as a stray, so our knowledge about her is very limited and we only know from what we have observed. We believe Flow is a 3-year-old female Terrier Mix. Flow has shown us she knows how to sit, shake, loves attention and is treat motivated! Flow doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Flow did great for her bath and exam where she weighs in at 47 lbs.Lilly came to us at no fault of her own. We were told that Lilly is a 1-year-old, female, Labrador mix. We were told that Lilly is good around kids, cats, dogs, and working on housebroken. We have seen that Lilly likes treats but most of all she loves being around people. Lilly weighs in at 50.3 lbs.We believe Maverick is a 3-year-old intact male Lab Mix. Maverick loves treats and attention! Maverick doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Maverick did great for his bath, nail trim and exam where he weighs in at 39.4 lbs.Mojo came to us as a stray so our knowledge about him is very limited and we only know from what we have observed. We believe Mojo is a 1 1/2-year-old intact male Rat Terrier Mix. Mojo likes treats and attention from anyone who will love on him. Mojo walks well on a leash and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Mojo did great for his bath and exam where he weighs in at 21.8 lbs.Smooches came to us as a stray, so our knowledge about her is very limited and we only know from what we have observed. We believe Smooches is a 3-year-old female Terrier Mix. Smooches loves attention and treats. Smooches is a very sweet girl who walks well on a leash and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Smooches did great for her bath and exam where she weighs in at 54 lbs.
