SEPTEMBER 19, 1962 – DECEMBER 26, 2022
Carolyn Jean Burrow, age 60 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away at her home, on Monday, December 26, 2022. Born in Greenville, Ohio on September 19, 1962 she was the daughter to Thelma (Pearson) Denniston and the late Duane Denniston. Carolyn was a graduate of Greenville High School, class of 1981. She then went on to college at Miami University and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in 1985. She had worked for 36 years as a med-tech at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Carolyn attended Community United Methodist Church in Circleville, Ohio. She had a love for music, and enjoyed attending her son, Corey’, musical performances; she was highly involved in the band boosters at Bloom Carroll Schools as well. She will be deeply missed.
Survived by her mother Thelma Denniston: son Corey Burrow and Fiancée Liana Powell: brothers David Denniston and wife Suzy; Mark Denniston: nieces Abbey and husband Joey Ensley; Rachel Denniston: great-niece Skylar Ensley: long-time family friend Misty McGiffin: beloved dog “Skeeter”: as well as many more friends and family members.
Friends may call on the family on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Funeral service to follow at 2 PM with Rev. Marie Smith presiding. Burial at Oakgrove Ft. Jefferson Cemetery, Ft. Jefferson, Ohio.
