GTS would like to take a moment to update everyone on some upcoming changes. As of February 1, 2024, we will be offering county wide transportation.
This means that a trip will not have to start or end in the city. The hours that county trips will be offered will be Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm and will not be offered on weekends unless there is adequate staffing. These services will not be offered when GTS is closed. If there is inclement weather, these services may be postponed or cancelled during the period of inclement weather. There will be flat rates on county trips and the fee will no longer be based on mileage. The rate will be $5 or $10 depending on the location of where the trip is started. These county trips will need to be booked 24 hours in advance.

The rates for trips inside the city limits will also be changing. For any trip that remains inside the city limits for the general public the rate will be $4.00. For any trip that remains inside the city limits for the elderly and disabled the rate will be $2.00.
