James Douglas Jernigan age 37, of Greenville passed away at 4:31 am Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville.
James was born October 13, 1986, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Robert R. & Kelly Lamb and the late Carol Ann Jernigan.
James is also survived by his wife, Rachel (Hettinger) Jernigan; children, Jayden Jernigan, Kylie Jernigan, Brooklynn Jernigan, Bryson Baker, James Stewart, Aleaha Baker, Cherish Baker, Brookie Stewart and a daughter on the way; and siblings, Amanda & Adam Maupin, Brittany Swallen, Austin Lamb, Robert & Hannah Lamb and Dustin & Justine Lamb; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
James was a mechanic. He loved working on trucks making them loud and fast. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and loved his family and friends.
